Puffco offers a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened products purchased directly from our website. Due to the nature of electronic vaporization products, we cannot accept returns on any items that have been opened or used.

Submit a support ticket through our official website to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your item with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside and ship it to our designated processing center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned item to confirm it is unopened, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
